In terms of policies and regulations, enterprises should keep up with environmental protection policies and have forward-looking policies. He believes that there are three key points: first, it is necessary to meet the national industrial policy and local industry access conditions, and meet the relevant requirements for eliminating backward production capacity. Second, we must strictly implement the environmental impact review system and the "three simultaneous" system. Third, it is necessary to apply for a pollutant discharge permit in accordance with the law and discharge pollutants in accordance with the contents of the permit. In terms of improving the equipment level, Li Jun put forward eight suggestions:

1, the reactor should be fed by bottom feeding or immersion pipe, the top liquid should be fed by pipe wall, both feeding and discharging should be provided with sealing device or sealed area, and those that cannot be sealed should be discharged by negative pressure and collected to the tail gas treatment system for treatment.

2, improve condensation recovery efficiency. In the process of solvent distillation, multi-stage gradient condensation should be used to improve the recovery efficiency of organic solvents, and heat exchange equipment with high efficiency such as spiral wound tube or plate condenser should be preferred.

3. In addition to special process requirements, enterprises should replace open centrifuges with closed centrifuges, multifunctional integrated filter presses, undercurrent plate and frame filter presses, etc. The tail gas from the mother liquor tank containing flammable, toxic and harmful components must be collected and treated in a closed manner.

4. Use closed production process instead of open production process, and give priority to continuous and automatic production process instead of intermittent production process to minimize the frequency of material contact with the outside world.

5. Replace the existing water jet vacuum pump with shielding pump, diaphragm pump, magnetic pump and other material pumps to transport liquid materials. Compressed air and vacuum suction shall be used to transport flammable, toxic and harmful chemical materials for special reasons, and vent gas shall be collected and treated uniformly. Vacuum equipment such as Roots vacuum pump and oil-free lubrication reciprocating vacuum pump are preferred. If jet vacuum pump or water ring vacuum pump is used due to process requirements, reactor type or water tank type closed vacuum pump shall be used, and the circulating liquid shall be equipped with cooling system.

6. Enterprises should adopt closed drying equipment or advanced drying equipment such as flash dryer and spray dryer. The volatile solvent produced in the drying process needs to be condensed to recover the effective components and then connected to the waste gas treatment system. If there is odor pollution, it should be effectively treated.

7, chemical (including oil) storage tank should be equipped with recovery system or waste gas collection and treatment system. During the loading and unloading of volatile acid and alkali storage tanks, the vent gas shall be absorbed by falling film or packed tower, and the breath vent gas shall be treated by multi-stage water seal absorption.

8, the implementation of water-saving production process. In addition to the special process requirements, the material washing priority is given to the use of counter-current rinsing process, to encourage the use of sewage cascade. In terms of wastewater management, he believes that enterprises should implement the diversion of rain and sewage, the disposal of production wastewater and initial rainwater, the disposal of domestic sewage, and the setting of discharge outlets. In terms of waste gas management, the governance of enterprises can be divided into two layers, one is the collection and transportation of waste gas, and the other is waste gas treatment.
